Dolphins sign Jack Henderson to practice squad

The Miami Dolphins announced today that they have signed safety Jack Henderson to the practice squad.

Henderson entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with Carolina in 2025 and spent the offseason program and training camp with the Panthers. He also spent time on the practice squad with Tampa Bay and Pittsburgh. Henderson finished his collegiate career at Minnesota (2023-24), where he appeared in 26 games with 19 starts in two seasons and recorded 103 tackles (61 solo), 7.0 sacks, five passes defensed, three interceptions with one returned for a touchdown, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. He transferred to Minnesota from Southeastern Louisiana following the 2022 season.
