The Miami Dolphins announced today that they have signed offensive lineman Mason Brooks and placed offensive lineman Yodny Cajuste on the injured reserve list.
Brooks entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with Washington in 2023 and has spent time on the practice squad with the Commanders (2023-24) and Indianapolis (2024). He also played with the DC Defenders of the United Football League in 2025. Brooks finished his collegiate career at Ole Miss (2022), where he appeared in 13 games. Prior to Ole Miss, he was a four-year letter winner at Western Kentucky (2018-21), where he appeared in 42 career games with 23 starts as a tackle and earned first-team All-Conference USA honors in 2021.
Cajuste, who signed with Miami on Aug. 14, 2025, has appeared in 17 career games with five starts at right tackle in four seasons with New England (2019-22). He also spent time on the practice squad with the New York Giants (2023-24). Cajuste entered the NFL as a third-round selection (101st overall) by New England in the 2019 NFL Draft. He played collegiately at West Virginia (2015-18), where he appeared in 31 games with 30 starts in four seasons with the Mountaineers and was named Big 12 Conference Co-Offensive lineman of the Year and All-Big 12 Conference First Team (AP, Coaches) as a senior. A South Florida native, Cajuste attended Miramar High School.
