The Miami Dolphins announced today that they have signed linebacker Andre Carter II off Detroit's practice squad.
Carter II has appeared in 15 career games in two seasons with Minnesota (2023) and Las Vegas (2024), recording three tackles and a 0.5 sack. He entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with Minnesota in 2023 after a collegiate career at Army (2019-22), where he appeared in 37 games and recorded 102 tackles (68 solo), 21.0 sacks, two interceptions, five passes defensed, five forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
