The Miami Dolphins announced today that they have signed the following four players to reserve/future contracts: defensive tackle Keith Cooper Jr., offensive lineman Braeden Daniels, tight end Cole Turner and offensive lineman Carter Warren.
Cooper Jr. has appeared in one career game with Cleveland (2025). He entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with Detroit in 2025 and spent time on the practice squad with the Lions and the Browns. Cooper Jr. finished his collegiate career at Houston (2024), where he started 12 games and recorded 46 tackles (25 solo), 3.5 sacks, 8.5 tackles for loss, two passes defensed and one fumble recovery. He transferred to Houston from Tulane following the 2023 season after appearing in 39 career games with 15 starts and recording 73 tackles (37 solo), 10.5 sacks, 16 tackles for loss, five passes defensed and one forced fumble in three seasons (2021-23) with the Green Wave.
Daniels has spent time on the practice squad with Miami (2025), Dallas (2024), Houston (2024), the L.A. Chargers (2024) and Philadelphia (2024). He entered the NFL as a fourth-round selection (118th overall) by Washington in the 2023 NFL Draft, where he spent the season on injured reserve. Daniels played collegiately at Utah, where he appeared in 49 career games with 43 starts – 18 at left guard, 14 at left tackle and 11 at right tackle. He was a Pac-12 All-Conference first-team selection in 2022
Turner has appeared in 23 career games with three starts in three seasons with Washington (2022-23) and Tennessee (2025), recording 13 receptions for 143 yards (11.0 avg). He entered the NFL as a fifth-round selection (149th overall) by Washington in the 2022 NFL Draft after a collegiate career at Nevada (2018-21), where he appeared in 45 games with 20 starts and recorded 117 receptions for 1,370 yards (11.7 avg.) and 20 touchdowns.
Warren has appeared in 14 career games with six starts – five at right tackle and one at left tackle – in two seasons with the New York Jets (2023-24). He entered the NFL as a fourth-round selection (120th overall) by the New York Jets in the 2023 NFL Draft. Warren played collegiately at Pittsburgh (2017-22), where he appeared in 40 career games with 39 starts.
