The Miami Dolphins announced today that they have signed edge Josh Uche as an unrestricted free agent.
Uche has appeared in 76 career games with four starts in six seasons with New England (2020-24), Kansas City (2024) and Philadelphia (2025). He has totaled 105 tackles (77 solo), 21.5 sacks, one pass defensed, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. He has also appeared in one postseason game with New England in 2021. Uche entered the NFL as a second-round selection (60th overall) by New England in 2020 NFL Draft. He played collegiately at Michigan (2016-19), where he appeared in 39 games with nine starts and earned second-team All-Big Ten honors in 2019. He recorded 56 tackles (39 solo), 16.5 sacks, three passes defensed, four forced fumbles and one fumble recovery in four seasons with the Wolverines. A South Florida native, Uche attended Columbus High School in Miami.
