Miami Dolphins Announce Open Applications for the Nat Moore Scholarship Endowment for South Florida Students

The Miami Dolphins today opened the application period for the eighth annual Nat Moore Scholarship Endowment. The scholarship endowment fosters the next generation of industry and community leaders by providing scholarships to graduating South Florida high school students who are achieving academically and give back to their communities. Applications are open through Dec. 31, 2025.

Guidelines for the scholarship are below:

Nat Moore Scholarship – award amount $20,000 ($5,000 per year for four years)

1. Application deadline December 31, 2025, by 11:59 pm EST. No late submissions will be reviewed or accepted.

2. Must be a high school senior graduating from a Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe or Palm Beach County high school on or before June 2026.

3. Demonstrate financial need to attend college.

4. Exhibit a strong focus on community involvement.

5. Minimum high school grade point average of 2.5 (on a 4.0 grade scale, excluding home studies).

As part of the Miami Dolphins Foundation, the Nat Moore Scholarship Endowment furthers the Foundation's mission to provide educational advancement opportunities to the South Florida community. Each year, Nat Moore Endowment Scholars across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties receive financial support to pursue post-secondary education and vocational training that enables employment readiness. Since its inception, the Nat Moore Scholarship Endowment Fund has awarded over $2.5 million to more than 200 students across South Florida.
